FAQ

We ship in-stock items typically within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that we will ship the records together once all items in the order are in-hand and ready to ship, including pre-order products. If you think your order is lost, please contact us, and we will help.

At the moment we send orders within the European Union, UK, and USA. If you are outside thess areas and realise that you cannot live without one of our products, please email us at [email protected]. We will try to find a delivery option for you.

Our warehouse is located in Spain. We use the services of several couriers. The list of available couriers depends on the country. You can choose the courier on the checkout page. Usually it is GLS or “Spain Post” (Correos). However, Fedex, UPS, and DHL are available in some countries.

Charges may vary depending on the country and the number of records in an order. We are working hard to keep shipping cost as low as possible while keeping high-quality packaging. In addition, each package is covered by insurance.

In the shopping cart and on the checkout, you can use a shipping cost calculator. Place the desired item in the shopping cart and enter the shipping address, including zip code. In response, the form will calculate the shipping cost.

The shipment destination determines whether you must pay VAT (value added tax). If we ship your order to a country within the EU, we will charge VAT. We do not add VAT when shipping your order to a country outside the EU.

The amount of VAT added for intra-EU deliveries depends on the destination country. Each country has its own VAT rate. However, it typically ranges between 18 and 25% of the total order value, including shipping cost.

Once you have selected your destination, a VAT line will automatically be added to the calculation form. At the end, you will see the total price to be paid. We do not charge any additional fees or commissions.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This usually happens within 1 to 3 business days after your order.

Most of the time, yes. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your order, and we will get it sorted. Be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email, as well as photos and/or video of the damaged item. Please keep in mind that if you contact us about your damaged item within more than 30 days after receiving it, we may be limited in how we can help you.

Records made with effects are hand-crafted, and variations across the pressing are natural. Records labels strive to produce records that are consistent across each run, and this is not always possible. If you find that your vinyl looks different from what you expected based on our product descriptions and pictures, please take a picture and email it to us at [email protected].

It is unusual to have a faulty record out the gate, although it can happen. If you have a record that jumps, try the following tips.

Check your tonearm to make sure you have everything balanced correctly. Check for tutorials for your specific turntable model on YouTube. Clean the record with a brush, a soft cloth or a cleaning machine. Keep in mind that factories that produce vinyl also produce dust, so it is virtually unavoidable that some might make its way into your package before it is shrink-wrapped.

If you are still experiencing problems after trying these tips, you may actually have a defective record and should return it to us. Email us about the problem at [email protected].

While minor seam splits on inner sleeves are unfortunately par for the course, as a record travels from the plant to your home, major dings and creases are not. If you receive a record that looks like your mailman has been playing sports with it, please contact us with pictures attached, and we will work with you to assist you to the best of our ability. Like all returns, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can assist from there.
