Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

The first thing you should do is let us know that you intend to make a return. Email us at: [email protected] (with your order number in the subject line). Once we have checked the possibility of return, we will reply to you and then follow the instructions: place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return address we will provide.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please do not mail the package without postage (freight collect) and avoid unnecessary additional services, such as express shipping. But we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

How to start a Return in damage case

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to process a replacement for your product. Here is how to get started:

  • Email a photo or video of the damaged product to [email protected].
  • Once damage is confirmed, we will email a prepaid return label to you. Send the product back in its original packaging or whatever package box you have handy.
  • As soon as you drop it off with courier, contact us ASAP so we can send a replacement or make a refund. Your replacement will get sent out in 1-2 business days. If the product is defective or damaged, OST Vinyl will refund for return shipping.
